I started photography at age 10. My older brother Miro, who was already an established photographer
at that time, set me up with his old camera and darkroom equipment. He trained me in black & white film
processing and and all basic darkroom techniques. Later, I attended a College of Fine Arts in Bratislava,
Slovakia with a major in photography. Since arriving in Canada I have worked in theatre arts as a designer,
scenic carpenter and props maker.
Recently, and with renewed inspiration, I have returned to the art of photography.
